On the product detail page, to the right of the product image, you will see a text box titled  "Enter your Award Text" or "Enter your Frame Text". Just write the text you would like engraved in this box. Please add any other details or information such as:  Make the top line Bold or use all CAPS on the winner’s name, etc.

Just below where you wrote your Award text, there is an Upload your logo or image feature for you to upload an image or logo.  Please send a high resolution black and image, preferably 300dpi - minimum requirements: Your image must be black and white only. Your image must be no less than 200dpi or no less than 1000px wide or tall.

Half-tone images that have grey in them are not preferred. Send images/logos in any of the following formats:  Jpeg, PDF, PNG, Tiff, AI, CDR or EPS.

We offer our products in Gold/Black or Black/Gold. For orders over 10 pieces we can make color plates for an additional fee and it adds up to one week longer for shipment times. Contact info@sldawards.com for a quote.

Once an order has a had the proof approved, we generally ship within two working days.  We encourage anyone who has ordered to promptly approve or make any changes when we send you the proof.

Yes, this is our specialty that separates us from the others.  We have a great team of designers that has decades of experience.  We have compiled a lot of in-house artwork over the past 25 years, so there’s a very good chance that we may have something that is just what you’re looking for!

There is usually two ways we receive orders.  The first way is the customer knows exactly what they want and gives us all the text and logo’s and knows just where they want everything to be. We still do a proof just to confirm that they’re happy with the design and to see if they want anything modified.

The other way we receive orders is the customer knows the important information such as the text but wants a cool graphic.  We have a lot designs so there’s a good chance that we can come up with something that you would like.  Where you write the text, just add a description of what you would like.  Such as: I have a company named Lion Mattress, we’re having a sales contest, do you have an image of a Lion with a crown on his head?

We don’t have everything and if we don’t have what you want we may have another idea.  We will do whatever we can do come up with something.
